We would like to reassure you that your purchase from Dingle Woollen Company is still shipping internationally at this time. All orders are shipped from our shop, in Dingle, Co. Kerry Ireland. While we are making our best efforts to deliver your order as per the below schedules, delays may occur due to shipping demands beyond our control

All orders are shipped within two business day. 

Ireland: 2 business days

United Kingdom & United States: 10 business days

Germany, France, Belgium: 6 business days

Spain, Netherlands, Eastern Europe: 5 business days

Italy: 14 business days

Rest of World: 21 business days

Returns and exchanges

While we hope you are happy with your purchase, you have the right to change your mind. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to let us know in writing if you wish to return the item(s) to us.

After you notify us in writing that you wish to return your item(s), you have 14 days to return them to us. Once we receive your returned goods, we will process the refund.

* In the case that the item(s) is not faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we ask the customer to cover the return shipping costs.

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked before being despatched from our warehouse.

In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will process the return of your item, including shipping costs.

* Please email us within 48 hours of receipt including your order number, a photograph and a description of the faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) to mckennasdingle@gmail.com

 * The refund or replacement will be actioned after we have received the faulty, damaged, or incorrect item at the below address.

* We kindly ask customers returning faulty, damaged, incorrect items to return the goods unworn, with all swing tickets and labels attached, in the original packaging.* Please include your original order confirmation and returns form as proof of purchase with all returns.All returns processed for a refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 day Return Policy as noted above.We recommend you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.Returns can only be accepted for items bought directly from this website with proof of purchase. For items bought from other retailers, please contact the retailer from whom the purchase was made. Assuming that our Return Policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within eight business days of our receiving them but please note that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank provider. Unsuccessful Delivery
On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us - Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes absolutely, we just love to help you send gifts. At the checkout you can add a gift note. Our team will write your message into a custom McKennas card. We do not include prices on any of our documentation inside the box. (For deliveries outside Europe, prices might be included outside of the box for customs)

From time to time, Dingle Woollen Company will offer limited promotional codes always for our email subscribers.

All orders are tracked, once your parcel leaves our shop here in Dingle, Co Kerry, you will receive an email with a tracking link that will allow you to see when your parcel is due for delivery.

We would love to send a personalised message for you. Please add your message at the checkout, you need to limit your message to two hundred characters

In most cases, you will not be required to pay any excess charges on receipt of your order. However, depending on the value of your order, you may be charged customs or import fees. You will be responsible for payment of any excess charges that may occur.
